No run today :o(
I was looking forward to a run this afternoon but it looks like a no go due to the gale that's blowing outside.
Set off to go into work this morning for a couple of hours, and had to come home after 2 minutes on the road. The electric had gone off, and at the end of the street the fire service had the road closed as the power lines where down, took a detour to get round that only to find that 2 miles down the road a rather large tree had been uprooted and was completley blocking both lanes of the road!
I took this as a sign and returned home sharpish.
And to top it all off the bleedin fence has been blown down.

I'm going to have to start thinking about what I'm going to do after this week, training wise. I don't really want to start any sort of schedule I just want to build the mileage up, but I'm not sure what will be the best way of going about it.
